1. Eligibility Requirements Minimum age: usually 21 years (some premium cars require 25+) Valid driving license: UAE residents: Emirates driving license Tourists: passport + visit visa + home country license or IDP (International Driving Permit) Valid ID (Emirates ID or passport)

Booking & Reservation Booking can be made: Online (website/WhatsApp) Phone or in person Reservation confirmed after: ID verification Initial payment or deposit Vehicle availability is not guaranteed without confirmation

Payment Terms Rental rates: daily / weekly / monthly Payments usually accepted via: Credit/debit card Cash (sometimes limited) Full or partial advance payment required
